Charles "Billy" Massey, 66, of Madisonville, KY. passed away at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday May 30, 2010 at his home.

He was born on July 3, 1943 in Hopkins County, KY. to the late Lawrence Massey and Katherine Massey. He was a coal miner with Star Mines. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Massey; a brother, Carl Massey; a sister, Betty Parrott.

He is survived by two daughters, Angie (Homer) Sosh of Madisonville and Stacey (Greg) Kutella of Madisonville; two brothers, James (Cheryl) Massey of Hanson, KY. and Harold Massey; two sisters, Josephine (Jeddie) Faver of Madisonville and Cathy (Richard) Powell of Poplar Grove, IL.; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday June 3, 2010 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Philip Cook officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Cody Richardson, T-Ray Gibson, Chris Smith, Greg Kutella, Seneca Hall and Homer Sosh.
