Charles E. Gantt, 67, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 1:33 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on May 16, 1947 in Madisonville, KY to the late Catherine and Thomas Marshal Gantt. He was formerly employed with General Electric and Mid America Canning. He was a member of Madisonville Church of Christ.

He is survived by his daughters, Catherine (Lance) Bratcher of Madisonville and Jenny Gantt of Mortons Gap, KY; his brothers, David (Patricia) Michael Gantt of Indianapolis and Carl Alan Gantt of Madisonville; his grandson, Kaden Vannoy of Mortons Gap; his granddaughter, Bailey Vannoy of Mortons Gap; and his nephew, John Michael Gantt.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Russell Kline officiating. Burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Anton, Ky.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Lance Bratcher, Chris Vannoy, Beedie Bratcher, Larry Brown, Mike Blankenship and Mike Griffith.
