Eve Kayvone, Lu-La Danielle and Leila Denay Caswell, infant triplets born on June 5, 2020 to Kortney and Ashley. They passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at St. Vincent Evansville in Evansville, IN.

They were preceded in death by their grandfather, Larry Caswell.

Survivors include their mother and father, Kortney and Ashley Caswell of Providence, KY; brother, Charles Caswell of Providence; sister, Alice Caswell of Providence; grandparents, Tammy and James Cotton of Providence, Timothy and Elizabeth Johnson of Athens, AL, Donna and Bo Kelton of New Market, AL; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
