Candace Conrad, 26, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at her home.

She was born on February 23, 1996, in Greenville, KY, to Kirk Conrad and the late Freda Hedges Conrad. She enjoyed playing basketball, swimming, and listening to music. Candace attended Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Madisonville.

Survivors include her father, Kirk Conrad of Madisonville; daughter, Zayna Anne Conrad; sister, Channing Dee Conrad and her twin sisters, Courtney and Catherine Conrad; and brothers, Chaz (Chelsea) Conrad and Cruiz Samuel Conrad.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
