Brittany Adaire Leibenguth, 37, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023, at her home.

She was born on February 10, 1986, in Madisonville, KY, to Kimberly Leibenguth.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Cummings; and grandfather, Don Leibenguth.

Survivors include her mother, Kimberly Leibenguth; sons, Brandon Thomas, Braxton Leibenguth, and Brighton Cummings; grandmother, Joan Clark; and brother, Brice Leibenguth

A memorial service will be held at 6pm on Friday, July 28, 2023, at the Mahr Park pavilion in Madisonville. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
