Brenda E. Peyton, 61, of Madisonville, Ky. died at 3:18 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2009, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
She was born February 11, 1947 in Hopkins County, Ky. to Carmen E. Messamore and Helen Hancock Messamore. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father Carmen E. Messamore and two brothers, Larry messamore and Carmen D. Messamore
She is survived by her husband, William "Baby" Peyton of Madisonville; her mother, Helen Hancock Messamore of Madisonville; one daughter, Kim Daugherty of Memphis, Tenn.; one son Jeffrey Shane Peyton of Madisonville; one sister, Glenda Trputec of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2009, in the chapel at Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Rev. Tondra Daugherty officiating. Burial will be in Rose Creek Cemetery in Madisonville, Ky.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.
