Charles Robert "Bob" Mills, 73, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at his home.

He was born on December 16, 1949, in Eldorado IL, to the late Marjorie Bishop and Ercil Darrell Mills. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He was the owner and operator of Carpet Barn in Madisonville. He loved to collect civil war artifacts. Bob was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Herschel Mills; and sister, Nancy Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife, Colleen Quinn Mills of Madisonville; children, Jennifer Mills of Tomopah, NV and Marissa Quinn of Orlando, FL, Michael Quinn Mills of Madisonville, and Amy (Alan) Shepherd of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Pamela Mills; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

No services will be held at this time. Burial to be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
