Henry received the Holy Ghost on April 8, 1980, under the pastorship of Bishop Don Johnson at Gray Road Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. After receiving the Holy Ghost, Henry would serve in many different capacities of ministry.  The following is a list of his accomplishments. He received his calling into the ministry in 1983. He served as the Christian Education Director for the Midsouth District for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. He served as the Assistant Pastor of Bethel United Apostolic Church.  From 1992-1995 he Pastored the First Apostolic Church in Hernando, MS.  He served as Regional Director of the Home Missions Department for Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. He received his certificate of associates in ministries through Bishop Dwight Cook's Ministers Training Coarse. He served as the first assistant for the United Apostolic Church Inc. form 2000-2005. In 2005, he was ordained Bishop and became Presiding Bishop of the United Apostolic Church Inc. Bishop Henry Cook would evangelize for 40 years. Over the course of his ministry, he would ordain 8 Ministers and 3 Bishops. Bishop Henry Cook was in the process of receiving his Doctorate in the Ministry of Theology. Time would not allow for us to truly list names of those whose lives were changed by his love and burden to establish young ministers.
