Betty L. Johnson Snyder, 74, of Nebo, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in the presence of her son and daughter, Perry and Tina, at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehab in Madisonville, KY.

She was born on January 26, 1951, in Benton Harbor, MI, to the late Wanda McFadden Johnson and Wilbert Johnson. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, and fishing. Her greatest joy was taking care of her grandchildren. Betty was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wilbert Allen Snyder; and her sister, Carolyn Sue Zwiers.

Survivors include her children, Tina (Robert) Miller of Nebo, Perry (Sheryl) Snyder of Dawson Springs, KY, and Becky Snyder of Michigan; brother, Freddy (Dawn) Joe Johnson of Florida; grandchildren, Morgan (Logan) Hough, Britney Snyder, Brian Snyder, Ashleigh Snyder, Conner Dunklee, Seth Eacker, Isabella Marsh, Abigail Miller, Noah Miller, Alicia Miller, and Briana Miller; and great-grandchildren, Elley Hough, Addy Hough, and Zander Snyder.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Taylor officiating. Burial to follow at Nebo Cemetery in Nebo, KY.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Robert Miller, Abigail Miller, Noah Miller, Duane Snyder, Seth Eacker, and Britney Snyder.
