Bertha Davis' Obituary
Bertha Davis, 102, of Marion, Ky formerly of Madisonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Crittenden County Health and Rehab in Marion.
She was born on April 23, 1914 in Hopkinsville, KY to the late Rebecca and John Hammonds. Bertha attended Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Davis; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Regina Smith and husband, Barry of Marion, KY; brother, John D. Hammonds of Portland, Maine; grandsons, Scott and Chris Smith of Marion; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Cody Crowell officiating. Burial will be private at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be from noon until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
