Barbara Ann Brock, 85, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on February 6, 1934 in Paris, IL to the late Eva Boyd Koontz and William Koontz. Barbara was formerly employed with General Electric in Madisonville and was of the Methodist faith. She enjoyed karaoke, fishing, bowling and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lymon Brock; two brothers; and four sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Hawkins of Madisonville; grandchildren, Sonya Long, Melissa Hoffer and Staccie Hawkins; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Billy Parish officiating. Burial to follow at Nebo Cemetery in Nebo, KY.

The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Tayler Hoffer, Skylar Hawkins, David Long and Nicholas Long.
