Baby Brady James Pharris of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents; John P. Smith Sr., Richard Boggess, Frank and Estella Pharris, and Alvin and Mary E. Hodge.

Survivors include his parents; Ashley and Skylar Pharris of Madisonville; brother, Parker Pharris of Madisonville; great-grandmothers, LaVerne Smith and Peggy Boggess; grandparents, James and Melanie Pharris of Madisonville, and Rick and Carol Boggess of Mayfield, KY; his aunts and uncles; Lynde and Garrett Reed, Heather and Jesse Wright and Jessica and Jesse Little; cousins, Adelynn Pharris, Zachary Wright and Hannah Wright; several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville with Bro. Joe Hansen officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
