April Lynn Gamblin Korzenborn, 55, of Nebo, KY, went on to be with her heavenly Father on Monday, January 15, 2024, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.

She was born on October 4, 1968, in Hopkinsville, KY, to the late Alice Gatlin Gamblin and James Gamblin. She was a registered nurse and was previously employed at Joseph Eddie Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch, gardening, and reading magazines. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. They were her whole world. April was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ricky Korzenborn of Nebo; daughter, Katie (Colton) Camplin of Nebo; son, Kelly (Shelby) Korzenborn of Nebo; sisters, Lisa Curneal of Grand Rivers, KY and Leigh (David) Stone of Mortons Gap, KY; brother, Jimmy (Tina) Gamblin of Madisonville, KY; granddaughters, Allie Grace Camplin and Wrenley Korzenborn; grandsons, Casen Camplin and Waylen Korzenborn; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Bro. Joey Todd officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Kelly Korzenborn, Colton Camplin, David Stone, Jimmy Shadwick, Duane Snyder, and Robert Poole.
