April Lynn Dame, 47, of Manitou, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY.

She was born on July 21, 1974, in Oak Park, IL, to Sandra Davis Suhre of Madisonville and William "Bill" Suhre of Maryville, IL. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, target shooting, experiencing different restaurants, and especially playing with her grandchildren. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Madisonville and had previously attended Covenant Community Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband of ten years, Shannon Dame of Manitou; her children, Ramon Clark of Madisonville, Emma (Edgar) Winebarger of Madisonville, Hannah (Tristan) Layton of Owensboro, KY, and Caleb Dame of Coiltown, KY; sister, Alicia (Dennis) Scales of Eaglesville, TN; six grandchildren; and her grandmother, Joyce Davis of Madisonville.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro Eddie Fleming and Dr Michael Knight officiating. Burial to follow at New Beulah Cemetery in Beulah, KY.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Caleb Dame, Brandon Cobb, Tristan Layton, Kevin Dame, Dennis Dame, and Dennis Scales.
