April Dawn Westby, 51, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Select Specialty in Evansville, IN.

She was born on December 4, 1973, to Shirley Todd Ronquillo and Paul Westby. She was employed as a prep cook at Oasis Southwest Grill in Madisonville. She enjoyed coloring and the outdoors. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. April was of the Christian faith.

Her survivors include her father, Paul Westby of Troy, TN; mother, Shirley Todd Ronquillo of Madisonville; son, Markus Westby of Earlington, KY; daughter, Tia Westby of Earlington; brother, Jeff Westby of Madisonville; grandchildren, Jacob Mitchell, Bella Oliver, Kailey Oliver, and Matthew Alfred; three nieces; one nephew; and eight great nieces and great nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Rutherford officiating. Burial to follow at a family cemetery in Earlington, KY.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Jacob Mitchell, Markus Westby, Jeff Westby, Aaron Putman, Jody Stovall, and Terry Rogers.
