Anthony "Mike" Michael Sisk, 53, of Madisonville, KY formerly of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016.

He was born on January 24, 1963 in Canonsburg, PA to Jody Ellis and the late Wayne Sisk. Mike was owner and operator of Sisko Remodeling. He enjoyed life and was always full of laughter and enjoyed being with family during the holidays. He loved to cook and enjoyed traveling. One of Mikes favorite sayings was "Good Times".

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his cousin whom was like a brother to him, Tony Sisk.

Survivors include his mother, Jody Ellis of Mt. Juliet, TN; his wife, Dorothy Sisk of Henderson, KY; daughters, Christina Sisk, Alisha Sizemore and husband, Del all of Sebree, KY and Amber Engels of Baton Rouge, LA; sisters, Rebecca Sisk of Mt. Juliet, Marcie Hunter of Nashville, TN and Tosha Flynn of Lebanon, TN; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one uncle; three aunts; four nieces; five nephews; and numerous cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2016 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with the eulogy given by Rebecca Sisk.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service hour Sunday at the funeral home.
