Anthony "Tony" Grey Reynolds, 74, of Madisonville, KY passed away peacefully on Monday, September 7, 2026, at his home.

Tony was born on December 22, 1951, in Evansville, IN, to the late Elizabeth "Liz" Williams Nevitt and John J. Reynolds. Tony grew up in Madisonville, KY, and spent his life surrounded by family and friends. Tony retired from the City of Madisonville Fire Department in 2007 and was a proud owner of his own mechanic shop called Tony's Garage. Some of his proudest accomplishments included his loving family and helping others no matter the situation.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Johnny Reynolds and Jay Nevitt.

Tony will be deeply missed by his wife, Linda Buchanan Reynolds; son, Chris Reynolds and Manuel Pichardo; daughters, Sonya Clardy, Tonya Boual, Cora (Marco) Dominguez, and Donna (Eric) Menser; grandchildren, Chad Hopper, Joe Gendreau, Jacob Clardy, Noah Gendreau, Raelyn Jones, Kaydence Reynolds, Greyson Reynolds, Kylee Bardell, Aaliyah Bardell, Zoey Bardell, Chance Menser; great-grandchildren, Chadwyck Hopper, Carter Polly, and Kinsley Kingery; sisters, Sharon Carter, Sheila Kirkland, Tammy Loveless, and Vicki Reynolds; brother, Kenny Hayes; several nieces and nephews; and many loving friends.

Those who knew Tony will always remember him for his hard work ethic and serving the community for over thirty years.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Dustin Lee officiating. A private family burial will be held.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home.

Tony will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
